3. Strategic Private Partners: While we aren’t open to the general public, we occasionally partner with Private Strategic Investors who share our vision of a “Venture Builder” model. Currently, we operate as an exempt private company. To maintain our high standards of integrity and governance, we are keeping our initial growth within a “circle of trust”, limited to the founder’s close network of friends and family.
